# Stacksmith — friend playtest MVP

## Finish line

A first-time player can open the shared URL, complete a two-encounter solo run, understand why their bag changed, and submit a structured session log. Two friends can complete the same slice in local relay without live instruction.

## Must work

- [x] Familiar move, rotate, soft-drop, hard-drop, pause, restart, and top-out behavior.
- [x] A 12 × 22 board, three-piece preview, ghost piece, and locked starting Hold.
- [x] Clears convert to readable enemy-health damage and $1-per-block income.
- [x] Four named curses telegraph, cast, and expire.
- [x] Victory offers add, tune, or suppress rewards.
- [ ] Hold Socket, Line Dividend, and Hex Umbrella function in the live combat rules.
- [ ] Money, one reward, and the modified bag persist into a second encounter.
- [ ] Lock, clear, block-send, curse-warning, and curse-cast audio is integrated and mixed.
- [x] The Stacksmith Plus reads at favicon, navigation, and title sizes.
- [x] A shareable production URL works without installation.
- [x] Playtest presets and structured session logs are accessible inside the workbook.

## Evidence gate

- [ ] Two solo sessions: Cold controls, then Curse readability or Bag identity.
- [ ] One local relay session using the Relay conversation preset.
- [ ] Every session ends with a keep, tune, remove, or retest decision.
- [ ] At least two players describe a deliberate bag plan without being taught the answer.

## Explicitly parked

Online PvP, matchmaking, multiple bosses, meta progression, daily seeds, large content libraries, and production art do not block Friend Playtest Build 01. Capture those ideas on the Feature board; do not silently promote them into the MVP.

## Priority rule

When a new idea appears, ask: **Does this unblock the next friend playtest or answer an open experiment?**

- If yes, put it in Now and name the pass signal.
- If no, record it in Later and continue the current milestone.
